It was Ellen Crane. She seems really nice - there was a mix-up on posting and she was very generous and helpful

I guess you mean Susan K. She's very nice - I met her last year at Chicago where she does the IMA show, not the Bishop show. She did my purchases as an international sale so I didn't have to pay Chicago tax on them Very Happy

Or you could mean Ellen Crane who I also met there.

there seems to be quite a group of collectors but I get the feeling that they make a lot of stuff themselves - mainly because there isn't much around to buy. The furniture seems to be mostly plastic although I've found a lady who makes the laser cut which is really quite detailed.

Wonderful Janine, you wouldn't know, from the pictures, that they're only 1/48th.

I sent the first lot with a friend to the Madrid show but when I spoke to her at lunchtime they hadn't sold anything...hope it's not a bad sign - the last Madrid fair was the same! Sad

thanks Phyllis, I must admit I don't enjoy it as much and when the photos are enlarged I don't really like the way they look. It will be interesting to see if I actually sell any Rolling Eyes I have a couple of beds to dress this week in the same scale

It's 1 inch long Phyllis. I must admit it could be a bit 'out' for exact 1/48 but I don't use a pattern or anything so each one just comes out more or less. I sort of hover them around the tiny bed and see if they look right Very Happy The hats measure between 1/4 " and 1/2" across and have wired brims...I must be nuts!Shocked I've been doing them on and off all day
