Re: Bespaq bed dressed
Don't have that problem any more .... no more smelly, dribbled on pillows either
Re: Bespaq bed dressed
They just don't understand
I have a sheet under the quilt and I keep telling him to keep it over at the top, I don't want his whiskers ruining it

Very posh Janine ... I'll have to send you my bed to dress when I win the lottery
Re: Bespaq bed dressed
sounds lovely...just make sure you don't let DH sleep on the posh cushions though. I get tired of explaining to my other half which are the 'sleeping' pillows and which are only for decoration...and he says I have a problem!!??
Re: Bespaq bed dressed
The damask quilt looks really effective, I love it
I recently went mad and bought a real bedding set with the pillow shams, cushions with tassle and a neck roll, it's burgundy and gold and I love it - very posh

Bespaq bed dressed
I have been a busy bunny this weekend and just about finished the Bespaq bed that had been sent to me from the US to dress. The mattress had a mauve silky type of covering and pillow to match the pleated fabric on the headboard and I took it off and cut it up for pillows and the throw (still not too sure about the throw...) I re-covered the mattress with ivory silk and then made the bedcover from a heavy damask with a quilted effect.
